The Junior Nationals and Randori Nationals were brilliant. From the training and competitions to the social events, everything was a great success. Attendance was up, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. I encourage you to check out the photos and videos on our social media channels. To keep this momentum going, our next major event is the Summer Ball in Newcastle. We will be hosting Shodan+ gradings and a course for all grades, followed by a black-tie ball to celebrate:

- Promotions
- Club of the Year
- Instructor of the Year

As stated before in my previous emails, I needed to get out more and teach. So recently I’ve had the opportunity to lead several national, senior, and club sessions and I’ve loved every minute of it. I am extremely proud of the title "Sensei" and remain deeply committed to the responsibility it carries. It's incredibly rewarding to watch students improve, witness those "light bulb" moments, and see individuals achieve their goals. There’s loads more but those a few reasons on why I enjoy teaching Jitsu.

I’m conscious that we’re fast approaching the end of term / year and gradings are looming. For those going, I’ve got everything crossed for you so go in there and give it your all. I can’t wait to hear all the success stories.
